Last weeks of college

Well girls and guys it is that time in my life where I am approaching my last weeks of college! It is very exciting, scary and sad all at the same time, but if you are in the same boat I have some fashion tips and job tips on how to stay stylish under all the pressure of papers and projects and how to land interviews for your dream job!

1. Just continue to be yourself and wear what you see comfortable and that compliments your body type.
2. If your school is like mine make sure you bring a sweater or a cute jean jacket even though its summer time you don't want to freeze.
3. Maxi skirts and dresses are ALWAYS a cute and comfy go-to, so dress down your maxi and wear it to class.
4. DO NOT wear your cha cha heels to school those are for going out, if you're going to be sitting in class all day you want to be comfortable and functional. I suggest a cute flat or sandal and if you want to wear heels wear a small wedge.

How to score that interview!

1. First you want to do your research on the company you want to work for.
2. Next make sure to have your portfolio and resume ready for the job position you want to apply for.
3. After that write an amazing cover letter explaining why you will be a good candidate for that job position.
4. Apply.
5. Waiting is always the hardest part, I say give it a month and if you haven't heard anything back yet send a quick email saying you are just checking in on your application status.
6. When you land that interview ALWAYS send a thank you note for taking time out of their day to meet with you!
